We read every message. Corrections are answered within five business days. We do not run live chat, comment sections, or contact forms — everything is by email so we can keep a clean record of what we agreed to fix.

When emailing a correction, please include the URL of the page, the line you believe is incorrect, and (where possible) a source for the correct version. That speeds up the verification step on our side and gets the fix into the page faster.

What we respond to

  • Corrections — factual errors on any guide page, including outdated bonus terms, wrong wagering math, stale "Last verified" dates, broken outbound citations.
  • Partnership inquiries — if you operate or represent a Malaysia-relevant operator or service and would like to discuss editorial coverage, please disclose the commercial relationship in your first message. We do not accept "sponsored guest posts" presented as independent editorial.
  • Guide suggestions — topics you would like us to cover, comparisons you would find useful, payment methods or providers you'd like a deep dive on.
  • Author availability — for direct inquiries to Zubair Saleem, the same inbox routes through.

What we cannot help with

We are an editorial guide, not BK8. We cannot:

  • Access your BK8 account. Login, password recovery, document verification, deposit reversal, withdrawal status — these are operated by BK8 and require their customer service. The fastest route is BK8's in-platform live chat, which is staffed 24/7 in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
  • Resolve bonus disputes on your behalf. If you believe a bonus was applied incorrectly, contact BK8 support with screenshots of the promo page and your account history. If they decline to fix it and you believe our coverage of that promotion was misleading, write to us and we will review the page.
  • Process payments, refunds, or account closures. These are operator-side actions only.

Response time

Editorial inquiries: typically answered within 2–3 business days, in all cases within 5 business days. Corrections that are well-sourced (a link to the operator's own page, or a primary source showing the corrected number) are normally turned around faster than corrections that require us to re-run a test.

If a correction concerns something time-sensitive — for example, an active promotion whose terms changed and our page is now misleading new players — please mark the email subject "URGENT" and we will move it to the top of the queue.

Privacy

We do not sell or share contact details with third parties. We retain emails only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and our records of corrections made to the site. There is no newsletter, mailing list, or marketing follow-up from this inbox.
