An informational guide. This page does not have a login form — the actual sign-in happens on BK8's own site. What we cover here: the standard flow, what to do when an SMS OTP doesn't arrive, how to recover a forgotten password, and what an "account locked" message actually means.
The four-step flow
Standard flow assumes the account already exists, the registered mobile number is reachable, and you remember your password. The five common breakdowns are covered in the troubleshooting section below.

Usernames are case-insensitive; passwords are case-sensitive and must match exactly. Your BK8 username is the one you set at registration — it is not your email address (those are separate fields on BK8). If you saved credentials in a password manager, prefer the autofill over typing to eliminate typos.

On a new device, an unusual IP, or after a long session inactivity, BK8 may send a 6-digit one-time passcode to your registered Malaysian mobile number. Enter it to continue. Login troubleshooting
From reader-flagged login issues, the five problems below cover the vast majority of cases. None requires BK8 customer support except the locked-account case at the end.
Click the Forgot Password link below the BK8 login form. Enter your registered BK8 username and Malaysian mobile number. BK8 sends a password-reset SMS link to that number; the link is valid for roughly 15 minutes.
Use it to set a new password — minimum requirements typically include 8+ characters with at least one number and one uppercase letter. If the SMS does not arrive within 60 seconds, treat it as an OTP-delivery issue (see #3 below) rather than a password issue.
If you have forgotten both username and password, contact BK8 live chat with your registered mobile number and (if you have it) your last deposit reference — they can route you through identity verification.

Account-security habits
Use a unique password. Don't reuse a password from any other gambling, banking, or e-wallet account. A breach at any service that re-uses your BK8 password is a foothold for credential-stuffing attacks against your wallet. 12+ characters, mixed case, numbers, no dictionary words.
